Overview
App Share gives the people who use your published app a quick way to recommend it to friends and family. Your existing users become advocates for your app, helping it reach more people and driving new downloads.
You can set up App Share in two places:
In a content block: add a SHARE_APP block inside the Content & Survey template.
In the More menu: enable it once under Settings > Footer > More so it appears in your app's More menu, outside of any content.
This feature is only available for mobile apps.
Mobile Experience
Once the set up is ready, users can access the activity page or More menu where they'll find the Share App button. When a user taps it, their phone's contact list and messaging apps open with a ready-to-send message that includes a link to your app - so a happy user can pass it on to friends and family in a couple of taps.

How to set it up in a content block
This is part of the content blocks available in the content and survey template. To use this template, simply select the Share App while creating content blocks.
STEP 1. Create a content block
Select the type: SHARE_APP
STEP 2. Configure the user face label and button label
Pair the Share App button with a user-facing label to provide context.
You can also rename the button label; it can be customized with up to 30 characters.
STEP 3. Add the links from Apple and Android store
Now, copy the links that redirect to the app in either the App Store or Play Store. Then, paste those links into their respective fields, such as the "iOS link" and "Android link" fields, as shown:
Add the iOS App Store link for iOS users
Add the Google Play link for Android users
Please note that if the links are identical, you can enter them in both fields. The system will then combine them, displaying as a single link when sent to users.
STEP 4. Add a personalized message (Optional)
Customize the message sent with the app link to motivate the recipient to download the app.
STEP 5. Save changes

STEP 2. Configure the user face label and button label

đ Note: If your iOS and Android links are identical, you can enter the same link in both fields. The system combines them into a single link when shared.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does "Apply global app share settings" do?
When ticked, the content block uses the share links and personalized message you configured under Creator > Settings > Footer > More, instead of its own. This lets you set the details once and reuse them across content blocks without re-entering them.
I enabled App Share in Settings, but my existing content blocks didn't change. Why?
Existing SHARE_APP content blocks keep their own individual links and messages. The Apply global app share settings checkbox is available on them but is not selected automatically. Tick it on a block if you want that block to use the global settings instead.
