To customise how often messages changes, go to the Message update frequency dropdown.
In this example, the available option is On refresh, which means the message will update each time the app is refreshed or reopened.
To add a background to the widget, go to the Widget background and turn on the Enable background toggle. When enabled, a container will appear behind the message to help it stand out visually. You can then customise the background by selecting a colour from the dropdown field (colors are assigned from the Style page).
